Early Act First Knight (EAFK) is a proprietary program of The Knights of The Guild.  Sponsored by participating Rotary Clubs, EAFK motivates and teaches elementary and middle school children to become civil, service-oriented people during their most formative years.

Travis Elementary School is participating in the EAFK program under the sponsorship of the Rotary Club of Corpus Christi.  Our community sponsor is Navy Army Credit Union.

The Bringing Baffin Back Sarita Rain Garden Celebration was an outstanding success! It excelled not only as an event but also in fulfilling its purpose. This project is expected to create a ripple effect throughout the Baffin Bay watershed as more rain gardens are established on both private and public lands. We are incredibly grateful to our fantastic speakers: Dr. Michael Wetz, Adrienne Hilmy, and Greg Podd. Dr. Wetz and Adrienne provided insights into the science behind rain gardens, explaining the “why,” while Greg Podd highlighted the “who” and “how” by showcasing Rotary International's support through grants and demonstrating the power of Rotarians working together.
