DISC identifies four primary styles—Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness—and helps explain how people communicate, respond to challenges, make decisions, and work with others. Members will gain practical insight into recognizing these differences, adapting their communication, and building stronger personal and professional relationships.
