J. Ted Oakley will be our speaker at Thursday’s luncheon. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Financial Planner whose primary philanthropic interest is in helping children.
Mr. Oakley is President and Founder of the Foster Angels of South Texas, the largest foster child foundation in South Texas, as well as the President and Founder of Austin—based Foster Angels of Central Texas.
