“City of Corpus Christi Water Quality Improvements”

Clarence Wittwer will present a brief summary of recent, ongoing and planned water quality improvement projects to benefit both the City of Corpus Christi citizens and our businesses.  Projects to be discussed will include multiple water treatment plant improvements, new water tower construction and recent backflow prevent activities.

Mr. Wittwer, City of Corpus Christi Water Director, has over 25 years in the utilities industry.  He literally worked his way from the trenches to holding very rarely done “Class A” licenses in both Water and Wastewater Treatment from TCEQ.  Mr. Wittwer has managed water and wastewater treatment plants of various sizes in both private and public sectors.
