Monica Sawyer heads the nonprofit organization PATCH, which has been working to restore the Ritz Theatre since 2006. Efforts have been made to restore the historic Ritz Theater in downtown Corpus Christi.
The City of Corpus Christi has agreed to set aside $100,000 of Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone funding in the next fiscal year. But the Ritz has to match it with its own $100,000. Fundraising efforts are underway. Join us Thursday when Ms. Sawyer updates the club on this project.
