James Clement III with the  King Ranch will be our program speaker Thursday.  Mr. Clement is the ranch’s Quarter Horse manager, as well as a sixth-generation descendant of Captain King. The King Ranch has played a major role in the development of the American Quarter Horse breed. 

The quarter horse program at the King Ranch can be traced back to a sire, Old Sorrel, almost ten generations ago, producing genetic consistency like no other ranch in the world.  The King Ranch has registered more quarter horses than any other ranch.

Thursday's meeting reminded us of the extraordinary knowledge and experience within the Rotary Club of Corpus Christi @followers.Moderated by Jonathan Williams, our interactive program brought together Paul Broderson, Justin Butts, Jim Mailhes, and Kathleen Clark for a practical conversation about estate planning, financial security, long-term care, family communication, funeral preplanning, and wellness.Members continued the conversation with table leaders Edgar Munoz, Jarrod Bolliger, Ernest de la Garza, Jessica Prukop, John Holloway, Suzel Mendieta, and Kathleen Clark—asking questions, sharing experiences, and considering steps they can take now to protect themselves and their families.Preparation is an act of care. Conversations like these can prevent unnecessary complications and provide greater peace of mind before a crisis occurs.Thank you to Jonathan, our panelists, table leaders, and everyone who participated. What’s your DISC style? 🦁🐬🐨🦅At today’s Rotary Club of Corpus Christi meeting, Mary McQueen led our members through an interactive DISC personality activity.
