Judith Talavera, AEP Texas president and chief operating officer, will discuss the role AEP Texas plays in the Texas deregulated market, as well as the company’s renewed focus on the customer experience.
In June, Talavera became the first female president of AEP Texas, which provides electric delivery service over its power lines to over one million consumers in south and west Texas.
