J. Keith Rose, M.D. is an internationally recognized surgeon and tactical medicine physician. Dr. Rose has been performing plastic and reconstructive surgery for CURE International and SMILE TRAIN in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Africa for the past 14 years. His private practice is based in Corpus Christi where he owns and operates the Rose Cosmetic Surgery Center.

Dr. Rose is a former Army Captain who was assigned to the 628 forward and surgical team based in Fort Sam Houston. In 2008, Dr. Rose developed and patented The Integrated Tourniquet System which is used by Naval Special Warfare, law enforcement, and militaries around the world.

Thursday's meeting reminded us of the extraordinary knowledge and experience within the Rotary Club of Corpus Christi @followers.Moderated by Jonathan Williams, our interactive program brought together Paul Broderson, Justin Butts, Jim Mailhes, and Kathleen Clark for a practical conversation about estate planning, financial security, long-term care, family communication, funeral preplanning, and wellness.Members continued the conversation with table leaders Edgar Munoz, Jarrod Bolliger, Ernest de la Garza, Jessica Prukop, John Holloway, Suzel Mendieta, and Kathleen Clark—asking questions, sharing experiences, and considering steps they can take now to protect themselves and their families.Preparation is an act of care. Conversations like these can prevent unnecessary complications and provide greater peace of mind before a crisis occurs.Thank you to Jonathan, our panelists, table leaders, and everyone who participated. What’s your DISC style? 🦁🐬🐨🦅At today’s Rotary Club of Corpus Christi meeting, Mary McQueen led our members through an interactive DISC personality activity.
