April 12, 2018 meeting

Dr. Mehta

When you think about people who need cardiac care, you probably think about adults who have heart problems. Echocardiograms, cardiac catheterizations, pacemakers, stents, open-heart surgery—these are not things children need, are they? Yes, in many cases they are, and in South Texas thousands of babies, children, and adolescents have received these and other types of cardiac services at Driscoll Children’s Hospital.

The Heart Center at Driscoll provides a full spectrum of pediatric cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery services for heart disease.  Dr. Mehta will be our  program speaker Thursday.

🇺🇸 We remember. We honor. We stand together. On September 11, 2001, our nation experienced unimaginable loss. In the days that followed, we also witnessed extraordinary courage, compassion, sacrifice, and unity. The American flag became more than a symbol—it was a reminder that even in our darkest moments, hope remains, communities come together, and we continue to stand. At the Rotary Club of Corpus Christi, we believe in that same spirit: serving our neighbors, strengthening our community, and choosing hope through action.Today, we remember the lives lost, honor the heroes who answered the call, and recognize all those whose lives were forever changed.America still stands. Hope still flies. We will never forget. 🇺🇸#NeverForget #September11 #911Remembrance #ServiceAboveSelf #RotaryCorpusChristi ...
