We are excited to welcome Arlene Medrano, Executive Director of the Corpus Christi Downtown Management District, as our guest speaker this week. Arlene began her role on July 1, 2025, after serving as interim director since April. With extensive experience in city administration—including roles in finance, business development, and as Assistant City Manager in Alice—she brings strong leadership and vision to the district. Under her direction, the DMD continues its mission to create the most vibrant downtown on the Gulf Coast, enhancing the experience for residents, businesses, and visitors alike.
