Lynn Allison, the Public Information Manager for the Harbor Bridge will provide us with information regarding the project’s progress and the timeline for its completion. The New US 181 Harbor Bridge project, managed by TxDOT and local stakeholders, is approaching its final stages. In May, the focus was on the main lanes, frontage roads, and ramps at North Beach. The ribbon-cutting ceremony, originally set for May 10, has been delayed due to minor construction tasks like electrical and drainage work, affecting the timeline.
