Our program speaker on Thursday is Ridge Hammons with the Hammons Employment Leadership Program (HELP).    HELP is a non-profit that has taken over 6,000 at risk students to over 100 different worksites for educational field trips.  They also work with students at the Nueces County Juvenile Justice Department.  The goal is to expose these students to employment opportunities.

We were honored to have our major donors for FLAGS for Flags for Heroes Corpus Christi join us and be recognized for their contributions. We were so excited to have Travis Patterson CEO of HALO-Flight who served in the US Marine Corps, including serving as Marine Helicopter Squadron One flying “Marine One”, the presidential helicopter from 2016 – 2020. He shared some of his stories regarding Marine One, how he transitioned to civilian life with HALO-Flight and how impactful Flags for Heroes Corpus Christi is for our community!
