Ocean Health is the program topic at Thursday’s meeting by our fellow Rotarian, Lee Smee. Lee is an Associate Professor at TAMU-CC’s Department of Life Sciences.

Lee Smee’s successful research team, known as the Marine Ecology Lab, has produced 22-peer reviewed publications that have been featured in several notable science journals and presentations at national scientific meetings. Dr. Smee’s progressive studies have produced more than $1 million of University funding to continue their forward-moving research.
