Minta Moore will be the speaker at Thursday’s meeting. Mrs. Moore founded New Life Refuge Ministries in 2011.
New Life Refuge Ministries is a faith-based organization that exists to bring awareness to prevent domestic minor human trafficking through education, to build a refuge of healing for survivors, and to partner with other organizations to end the demand for this type of modern day slavery.
They provide young female survivors of human sex trafficking a safe and home-like environment to live and heal. New Life Refuge Ministries not only provides the survivors with a safe place to live but also empower them to transition into a healthy life style.
