Rear Admiral Dell Bull is a native of Oak Harbor, Washington. He is a 1988 graduate of the University of Idaho, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Rear Adm. Bull relieved Rear Adm. Roy Kelley in July 2015.
His many tours of duty, assignments and service decorations will make for one of our most interesting Rotary club speakers. You won’t want to miss the Admiral as he will explain his role as Chief of Naval Training on Thursday.
