Our speaker on Thursday is the Executive Director of Utilities for the City of Corpus Christi, Mark Van Vleck.  As Executive Director of Utilities, he supervises the Director of Gas, the Director of Development Services, the Assistant Director of Utilities for Maintenance of Lines and the Assistant Director of Utilities for Treatment.  Mr. Van Vleck was previously the Project Manager for the City of Corpus Christi Bond 2004 Program.
