This year’s dinner will feature a seated, catered dinner, and open bar and silent auction. Table sponsorships are available beginning at $2000 and up. Individual Tickets are $175 per person. The dinner is limited to the first 500 guests who reserve and pay for their seats. This year the Committee has chartered a bus for the event. Seating is limited to the first 50 guests. The cost is $15 per person. Last year’s event was a sell out and we are expecting the same this year! Contact the Rotary office at 882-8672 for your reservation today.
The Silent Auction Committee is currently accepting donations for the silent auction. The committee is accepting all types of donations including monetary donations to purchase an item for the silent auction. Please complete a silent auction donation form and return it to the office by mail at 418 People St, Ste 300, Corpus Christi, TX 78401 or you can fax to 888-5579. If you have any questions please call the Rotary Office at 882-8672.
Applications for financial support of research and education in conservation of living resources are being received by the Rotary Club of Corpus Christi Harvey Weil Sportsman/Conservationist Trust. Up to $52,000 will be available for grants for this fiscal year. More than $435,000 has been awarded in competitive grants since 1996. Priority is given to those projects involving species and their habitats and to issues in support of recreational hunting and fishing. Applications are due by Friday, October 3, 2008.
