Close your eyes, wait a few seconds, and then start thinking the mantra. After a while you should “let it go”.  Thursday’s program by John Layton, Jr. will focus on transcendental Meditation.

 

The Transcendental Meditation technique is a specific form of silent mantrameditation developed by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. It is often referred to as Transcendental Meditation, or simply TM. Come find you inner peace this Thursday.
